1.In these conditions of sale ''the Company'' means Green & Eco Ltd

2.These conditions will apply to all orders received and accepted unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company. The giving of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3.The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer.

4.Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the Company within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Goods returned must include original packaging and details of the sender and problem inside the parcel.

5.Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the Company within 14 days of the date of the order.

6. Goods claimed to be faulty must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition and with original packaging and will be replaced or refunded entirely at the discretion of the company in conjunction with its suppliers.Claims for faults beyond that period will be considered case by case and any recompense is entirely at the company’s discretion

7.The contract will be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

8.Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) is now UK Law.
The company, as a retailer of some goods covered by the Directive, is obliged to offer our customers free take- back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example if a customer bought a new battery from us we would accept their old battery and prevent it going to a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Customers should note that WEEE items produced after 13th August 2005 should be marked with this symbol to denote they should be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
